The service we offer normally commences with a free site visit and a no obligation discussion. A measured survey is then carried out and drawings and structural calculations prepared. On client approval, submissions are made to the relevant authority, which sometimes have to include design and access statements, tree condition reports, flood risk assessments etc.
Following approval, if required, we can prepare fully detailed work specifications, schedules of work , full tender documentation and supervision of the work to completion and final account. Our project base ranges from a front porch or internal wall removal, extensions or rooms in the roof, to new housing estates or apartment blocks. Very few companies can offer more experience in roof space conversions, as these form a large part of our work load. We also take full account of the requirements of the Construction Design and Management regulations and the Party Wall Act. |
