The service we offer normally commences with a free site visit and a no obligation discussion. A measured survey is then carried out and drawings and structural calculations prepared. On client approval, submissions are made to the relevant authority, which sometimes have to include design and access statements, tree condition reports, flood risk assessments etc.

Following approval, if required, we can prepare fully detailed work specifications, schedules of work , full tender documentation and supervision of the work to completion and final account.
